As fall approaches I am increasingly drawn towards darker colors, especially with make up. While black nail polish has been worn by every bad girl from Courtney Love to Rose McGowan a new dark shade of nail polish is making its way into the scene. OPI has recently released "Russian Navy" polish as part of its Russian Collection. While the navy is still dark and edgy it seems more sophisticated and less sinister than its black polish counterpart.

ike the navy blue much better than the sinister black! As a matter of fact most blue shades are welcome and I wear them on my toes and fingernails very often! For a change do I use dark purple, gold or metallic red!

I just posted about OPI's Russian Navy on my own blog...and all I can say is that I absolutely love it! I love that it is the new black polish...black is so harsh; navy is so much more user friendly! I also love some of the newer dark colors coming out, like the deep-deep reds, and dark purples.
I just bought the black tonyx from opi's and I just love it but I just can't wait for the russian navy color!
